The only reason I even gave two stars is because the woman that drew my blood did a great job. In addition to having blood drawn I needed to collect a stool sample at home. I have done this test before at other labs and they will give you the sterile container, bio hazard bag and a «hat» to place in the toilet in a non see thru bag, not here, you walk out with the«hat» feeling embarassed. The woman that drew my blood said after collecting my sample to just bring it in a drop it off. The next day I went in to drop it off. I waited approximately 5 minutes at the counter, finally a woman came up and told me to sign in and have a seat, I told her I was dropping off a specimen, in a rude annoyed voice she repeated her statement. I had to sit in the waiting room holding my poop in a sack, getting gross looks from other people in the room, despite my sample being in a grocery bag so nobody would have to look at it. Another person came in with a specimen, I told him they expected us to sign in and have a seat. He signed in but stood at the counter. A different staff person came up and began helping him, I politely informed her that I had been waiting a while and had signed in. She asked for my paperwork, I told her the staff person the previous day had not given me any but it had a label. She curtly asked for my insurance card, took a copy then as she walked away told me she was going to look it up in the computer. Meanwhile, I am still holding a sack containing poop! When she came back she trust a paper towards me, said sign it and stuck her hand out for my poop. Also, they violate HIPPA by keeping the sign in sheet visable, not blacking out the names or using stickers.

I am not giving this place a very good review because for one reason there is no way to make an appointment with them other than on their website, which is very inconvenient if you don’t happen to have a smart phone with you or don’t have a computer! Secondly, there was no phone number available anywhere to contact them, including on their website, and I was going to be a few minutes late so I wanted to call them and make sure that it was still OK to come since my appointment was at 11:45 and I wasn’t sure if they closed at noon for lunch. When I got there and asked about them not having a telephone number that I could find anywhere, the woman I spoke with said(rudely): «We do not have a phone, we are busy and have better things to do than answer a phone. We don’t even have a receptionist.» She had a very cold and snappish tone of voice and spoke that way to all of the patients who were there.
