This is a great company. They’ve been around since 1945, and they really know their stuff! We have called Robert out for washing machines, dryers, and just about every other thing. He is always able to get out same day or next day, and always fixes things right the first time.
Their customer service is great– I never feel uneasy with them in my home, even when I’m alone (ladies, we’ve sadly probably all had the creepy sort of guy come out for one thing or another). He is courteous, kind and efficient with his time.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Edited 2÷4÷2015: Rhodes is still awesome, and Robert is the best around. He just came out to repair our dryer. He is so polite and does a great job. I can’t recommend them enough.

Called Wednesday. Nothing available until Friday, which worked for my schedule. Received call from woman that claimed she was the office manager. She is rude and very unprofessional. States she will call before technician leaves. Receive a call at 3pm today that I need to find another company. BECAUSE SHE MADE A MISTAKE??? WHAT! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
