Robo Plumbing

Robo Plumbing is on the top of my referral list. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The office staff is friendly and are always there to help. From large to small jobs and in any emergency Robo Pluming needs to be the first and only call you make.

I’ve used them 3 times. Once for my shower, and twice for my kitchen sink. All three time they were here on time, and they did their job quickly and efficiently.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Compared to other plumbing places I have called this place is by far the least expensive and I didnt even have to haggle.

The company was called out for service on 03÷20÷12 for a drain clearing. On 03÷22÷12 we had to call the company out to resolve the same issue. after looking at the toilet for approximately 10 – 15 minutes the plumber (Russ) said that there was a foreign object stuck in the toilet. We were informed that they would have to remove the toilet to identify and remove the object. The charge for the service was going to be $ 120. After removing the toilet and attempting thrice, totaling to approximately 30 minutes, they were unable to complete the task. During this time the employees were on their cell phones providing half hearted attempts at resolving the issue. They informed us that we took up too much of their time so we would have to break the toilet in order to see what the object was. The plumber then requested that he be paid. I asked «why would we have to pay if you were unable to perform the task». The plumber then responded «I’m not responsible for what you flush down your toilet» in a sarcastic and rude manner. They attempted to leave without placing the back toilet in leiu of the removed toilet which would have left our household with no functiong restroom. When told they would need to perform this task they did so angrily and left without proper installment of the toilet. We flushed the toilets ourselves and after a few attempts the toilet was functioning. We installed the toilet and it is currently being used in the second restroom of our house. We attempted to call the owner to complain and we were told that she wouldbgive us a call on 03÷26÷12. The owner never called and after several attempts we were able to get a hold of her on 03÷28÷12. The owner denied our complaint and used profanity towards my grandmother calling her a liar. After reading reviews of the company on several websites similar complaints were found regarding tothe owner and services provided by Robo Plumbing.

I had a collapsed sewer line on the east side, I had called 2 other plumbers that wanted to do the camera thing and dig up my concrete inside my house. They came out, told me the problem right away, quoted me, did the work. They were in and out within their quoted time, stuck with the estimated price. Lifetime warranty on their work. I never had the problems the other reviewers experienced.

We live in the county, thus we are not hooked up to the sewer system. Every few years, we need to get our septic tank pumped. When the toilet stalls when flushing or when the water from the shower or tub drains extremely slow, it’s time to get it pumped.
It was just pumped 8 months ago which is too soon to get it pumped again. But we were experiencing the above issues. I called several companies and felt comfortable with Robo Plumbing. Upon arrival, Randy (the supervisor) explained clearly the process and what needed to be done. After emptying the reservoirs, Randy made sure to see if there were any water leaks, he asked me to check the toilets and make sure the floats work properly.
You cant even tell there were three huge holes dug up in my front yard.
