We have contacted Jennifer at Ross Technology Solutions a few times on the phone to set up appointment to come and look at the issue that we are having. To date no one from Ross Technology Solutions has called back to set up an appointment. This is their business statement: «We started Ross Technology Solutions because we didnt like how other tv repair companys treated there customers» So far… can’t say you are any better.

Polite however failed to follow up on service. I waited over a month and no contact from company. I contacted again and they said they would come out when they were in the area… Still waiting… I can’t see how it should take over two months for a mobile repair service to come out. If it’s too far… They should just say so instead of saying«we’ll get there when we can». Unfortunately Ross is the only Samsung authorized repair facility within 100 miles of my home…

First of all, I read ratings. The appliance repair service I was referred to by Lowe’s was unacceptable so I called Samsung. I don’t let just anyone in my home and I won’t waste time on a company that doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. That isn’t meant to be derogatory towards Lowe’s, but that is how I was referred to Ross Technology Solutions. I was very impressed with this well run, professional and caring business. In just the few minutes I was on the phone with Jennifer, who was also in contact with Chris, my washing machine issues were diagnosed. When I expressed my concerns,(I have been using alternate laundry services so as not to damage the machine further) Jennifer scheduled an appointment the same afternoon(I think I was lucky that Chris was working in Bakersfield). When Chris arrived he checked out the machine thoroughly. Everything was done to my satisfaction. He also explained the probable difference between the two models of Samsung washing machines I own(high end vs not so high). I am wondering if he would give out recommendations for the next appliance I need to purchase. I want to thank Jennifer and Chris, and wish all of you at Ross Technology Solutions«Merry Christmas», I hope your Holidays are the best they can be. You have certainly helped mine. … I hope my dealings with Sears for my Kenmore refrigerator repair tomorrow will go as well.

Chris and Jennifer are not just great business people but also great friends!’ I deal with contractors, vendors ect as a General Contractor and never have I met such professional and courteous business owners. Fast, professional, expert service with a smile! If you want the job done right the first time call Ross Technology Solutions. We’d had several other companies come out to fix this problem and no one got it right… until Chris came out. He got it right the first time. For service you can rely upon and trustworthy people with a conscience, this is your best bet! We own tons of Samsung items; washers, dryers, televisions and more. My samsung television broke, and after calling samsung, I had a tech come out and repair it under the recall. Jessie came out and exceeded my expectations. Not only did he go above and beyond with the repair of the television, but he was very friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. If I ever need a television repaired again, Jessie and Ross technology will be getting my business.

My experience with this company was excellent. After going through days of issues with the TV manufacturer with no results I called them. Jennifer was completely honest about why I was having problems with the TV and told me that a service call would not help. I followed some other advice she gave me and I was able to resolve the problem through other means. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had two service repairs for my new Samsung Plasma TV from Ross Technology Solutions. Both Chris Ross and his assistant were very professional on both occasions. On the first repair visit, back in January, it went smooth as can be. I had call Samsung and reported the problem with a bad pixel. The very next day, Jennifer called back and set up an appointment with me. When Chris Ross came to replace the panel, he was very professional, and replaces the panel like he built it himself. He was very careful and brought his own portable table for the delicate work. Once he was done, he made sure that the new replacement panel work like a charm and inspected it. On the second repair visit, it was just a few days ago. Something else went wrong with the TV and I called Samsung and reported the problem. Jennifer called back and set up another appointment with me. They were going to order another new panel for me. When Chris Ross came, he was always professional. He asked to see the TV to confirm the problem. I made sure that he has room to setup his table, and he started taking the TV apart to replace the panel. His assistant began working simultaneously preparing for the panel swap. They both are very knowledgably in Samsung TV’s and know ins and outs of my set. I work with building PC’s in the past, and they both know their stuff! Overall, my experiences with these guys are totally opposite from Pamela. I usually keep an eye out at repairs because other people usually misplace a screw or two and not tell you about it. These guys have extra screws in their toolkit, and if they misplace a screw, they’ll make sure that they screw it in with their own. I was not in the same room as they worked on it, and he told me that if I see a screw later on, and not to panic. They already used their own screws on my set. So, if Chris Ross and his sidekick are coming to repair your TV, you should be in good hands!
