Secure Systems

This is a great company. Very professional and knowledgeable employees. We have been very pleased with their customer service. I highly recommend them for security systems.

Have used this company for many years, and they are always on top of any problem or change that we might have regarding alarm systems for our business or home!

This time I failed on the follow through!

The rest of the story: The maker of my central vac
(The name of which I don’t recall & I am out of town
As I write) was not interested at all in my plea, I also
Called them, the part needed was on back order with
no projection as to when one would be available. I
called Secure Systems and spoke with Molly who
explained that this type of customer service was new
to them as well, the original manufacture had sold to one
of the major manufacturers, that explained a lot!!! The
best part, however, was Molly’s response: she apologized
Profusely and sent the technician with a brand new
central vac canister and charged only her cost, WOW!
That IS customer service. I very much appreciated
the new vacuum and the 5 star resolution.
