I have used Seeking Sitters 4 times. This office is unprofessional, not sure they actual consider this a business, very disorganized. Actually getting a sitter is stressful, they guarantee a sitter if requested 7 days out. However the first time I used SS, I called weeks out to arrange childcare and at last minute SS called to say couldn’t fulfill request due to sitter illness, they ended up coming through but not without a lot of stress first. This last time requested 5 days in advance and there was no contact one way or another, after messages, calling etc., Their policy is to call at least to 24hrs before, which I personally feel doesn’t leave you much time to make other arrangements. All that being said the babysitters we have had have all been very nice, highly qualified and great with the kids. The service leaves a lot to be desired, only use if you want to be up in the air until the last minute, are okay with your request not being filled and not being notified at all.

These guys were great filled in last min, I agree with the other posts. We loved our sitter and plan on using her as many times in the future. Any time grandma cancels on us too ;)
