Awesome job done on my lashes and eyebrows; great price also! I can’t complain about anything ! Melanie did my lashes and she is very very very good; I can’t stop taking selfies! She took her time and didn’t rush, she was entertaining and friendly, definitely will be seeing her to get my lashes done every time ! This place may be inside Wal-​mart but it belongs more at a Nordstroms or Bloomingdales ! I couldn’t be more pleased ! I woke up looking like Beyoncé this morning !

The customer service is horrible. I bought an expensive product pushed aggressively by the saleswoman, it didn’t work at all, brought it back the next day with the receipt, and I was told I couldn’t get a refund. There is one small sign about no refunds — I wasn’t anywhere near it and the saleswoman failed to inform me of this policy. Greed reigns here. Shame on them.

I always go with Amy because she leaves my eyebrows perfect every time. ! She follows the shape of my eyebrows & always plucks the extra little hairs left behind. The area is extremely clean & they are always very kind I highly recommend her & this place!

I went here about a month ago with my friend. My face was having a problem with breaking out since the air pollution was especially bad due to the fires in the mountains. They checked me in quickly after I was done filling out their new customer packet. I was given a facial in the back on a massage table. The massage table looked a little weird at first because they use a few mismatched blankets with some interesting patterns. Looks can definitely fool you though. I was absolutely comfortable on the massage bed, and the woman who gave me my facial did an amazing job. I only got the express facial, but she put a lot of effort into massaging my face. It felt amazing! My only issue would have to be with the extractions she «did» on my nose. She did the extractions in the dark, and it doesn’t seem like it is possible to see the pores in the dark without a magnifying glass. I didn’t chose the acne facial, so I assume that’s why she rushed through the extractions on my noise. The woman also added more of an arch to my eyebrows, and I love how it looks. This place makes your eyebrows actually complement your face compared to the threaders at the mall. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I would visit this place again.

I’ve found that even though the owner never responded to me, I wanted to give another try. Amy and Kamal are the only girls I’ll allow to do my eyebrows. If they are new or I don’t know them I won’t let them touch my eye brows. These girls are awesome

OK so the lady was quick and efficient but I realized after I left the salon part of my eye brow has a bald spot now!!! They did shape them and made my right one look great but my left one needs help now –_–

Very convenient they took walk-​ins. Eyebrows looked fantastic, great prices and very polite.

By far this is the best place in Bakersfield for eyebrow threading. They even offer various discounts for checking in on Facebook, Foursquare and Unilocal!I dont like the fact that they are located inside the Walmart on Gosford but, they aren’t rude by chatting about pervious customers … So I guess its worth it!

So they did a good job on my eyebrows but she had hurt me with the Tweezers and got upset with me lol anyways I noticed when I got home that I was bleeding. Didn’t get her name but she was the only one that looked really upset all the time and really unhappy to be there. This will be the last time I come here

I recently tried the threading they do there and I thought it was going to hurt!!! I was surprised when it did not also it was quick and well priced I will be returning to Seva it was friendly clean and priced just right for me!!!

My first two experiences with a Brazilian wax was at this salon. They also do eyebrow threading. Both experiences were okay, nothing to rave or complain about in the service. Slightly expensive for something they said I had to do every three weeks. I decided to explore my options and tried a place called Brazilian wax boutique were they specialize in waxing. Now that place is half the price and way more informative about upkeep and hair growth cycles. Also, I don’t need to go back until anywhere from 4 – 6 weeks. Seva is going to have to step their game up and their step their prices down!

I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I will be returning again for more services.
