Sleep Number

Although the bed may be nice, the follow up customer care is a joke. The bed is not competitively priced, instead they are top dollar! After waiting for a month they finally installed it. But the problems started right away. No matter what you see or are told, there is only a single remote. The «sleep iq»
App is laughable. They need to work the bugs out!
Customer service is non exist and the only people that will answer the phone or return messages is the sales department. After a few weeks our bed still doesn’t work properly and our satisfaction is zero! Buy your odd from anywhere but here!

Sleep Number beds are a gimmick. These beds do not conform to your body at all! you might as well be sleeping on camping mattress! We purchased a king and a double for the guest room where I sleep.
I will give the company customer service 5 stars for trying to make us happy. My bed was replaced with a different bed that was equally horrible. Don’t even think about sex on these mattresses as they have no spring or recoil at all. Kind of like doing it on the floor. If you’re over 40… forget it!
I have not had a decent nights sleep since purchasing and wake in pain every day. The instructions and changes suggested were genuine but only made the beds bearable. There’s no sweet spot and even when exhausted going to bed is a chore. One doesn’t get in and say ah. I just punch the pillow and wait for my sleeping pill to kick in.
The blow up pillows are like rocks and the linens are so wimpy you get tangled up in them and they come out of the wash a wrinkled mess. They cost a fortune and are horrid.
Last but not least… Sleep Number has a lousy return policy. You will never recover your investment. BE SURE YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR ONE OF THEIR BEDS!!! The adjustable base is non refundable and you will lose 20% on the bed.
