This little shaved ice shack is on wheels; it’s hitched to an SUV in the Valley Plaza parking lot (on the Target side closer to the street next to the GET bus terminal). I’m sure they get most of their business from the bus terminal since it’s so close. The owner says he’s open from 10am to 10 pm everyday, for how long I don’t know. It was very clean though, and nicely organized. I got the $ 4 cup of half peach/​half cherry which was about 18oz, I can’t remember exactly how many ounces lol but I’m almost sure 18. The flavor to me, I felt needed more syrup over the ice, so I would advise you taste it before leaving cause it took a little digging with my straw before I got to some flavor and sweetness. Overall I really love Sno Biz, Sno Shack is cool, but if I passed by here at Snowies’ I guess I still would give them another try.
