I purchased a solar panel cleaning with SolarCare thru Groupon. I called and left a voicemail. Not only did he return my call promptly but scheduled the cleaning for the very next day. He texted me when he arrived and after he finished the cleaning. As it is a new home I hadn’t been on the roof and he photographed a couple broken tiles from the install and identified some loose tiles not fully installed. I was able to send the pictures to our builder and they will send out the roofer to make the repairs. The panels are clean and Daniel provided great customer service. He even thanked me for choosing their company and using groupon. Thank you, Daniel!!!
