I wanted to try the place out a couple of times before reviewing it but today really pushed me to write this review. I think they’re only open certain evenings but I know for sure Thursday through Sunday. Not sure about the other days. I’ll find out for sure(and update here) next time I go because there WILL be a next time! Their tortas are so good! They have a good layer of melted cheese that isn’t common at other trucks and I love them for it. Their Al Pastor is made the traditional way, on a skewer with pineapple and onions between the layers of meat(see my pictures). Very tasty meats! Even their basic asada is very good! My favorite meat though is their carnitas. Seriously. Try them. These are real carnitas and they are sooooo so so so good! It’s chopped a little bit and includes pieces of cueritos and buche, even in the tacos! Oh, so good!!! TRYTHECARNITAS!!! Also, don’t forget to taste the carnitas. And maybe a carnitas Torta or burrito. Or tacos. However you like, just try them! If you’ve ever eaten carnitas straight from a «caso,» these carnitas will bring back amazing memories! Yum! They also have aguas frescas that come in what looks like one liter bottles. They have Horchata, Jamaica, and Guayaba flavors and are a BIG hit. Every time I’ve gone they’ve been busy with hardly any available seats but they still manage to get the food out to you quickly. Try them. They are awesome, fast, and the food is so very good! They have tables that are covered to protect you from the elements. You’ll be back, just like me! Can’t wait to see you there! We’ll be best of friends because of tacos! That’s the best way to become friends isn’t it?! ;)
