I was really disappointed in this place they have really bad customer service and over priced items. never going back!

I was a bit unimpressed. I was expecting bigger, better, nicer. It is a business that focuses on helping the novice learn how to design cakes. Cake Crafters is limited on many of the things I needed, so I had to settle for the things they had as it was a last minute fondant cake and I didn’t want to rush across town to Michael’s.
The owner was a very pleasant woman who was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the selection of cake accessories is what really disappointed in the end.
