The House of Moseley

Let me start by saying, if I could give this company 2.5 stars I would. It is a nice store inside and they have a lot of nice decorations available. I think everything is overpriced.
All of the sales reps are very nice and personable.
In general they mark up their custom furniture prices and insane amount. Furniture stores that carry the same companies charge about 25% less and include freight. HOM was willing to price match, however I have a feeling they were dishonest with us regarding a few matters and did not order our piece when they said they would. And I believe they ordered it about two weeks later when we checked on the progress of our order, and gave us reasons that sounded like bold faced lies.
I don’t mind people messing up but I don’t care for dishonesty.
I hope when they see this review they take it as a chance to grow, because I think this store has a lot of potential.

I have visited here once on my way to trader joes. I am not a huge fan of the items maybe because it’s too whimsical, but it’s cool how they keep changing up the items they sell in the store with the change of season and upcoming holidays. They put a lot of effort in making their store nice and not stagnant so that’s why I am giving them four stars. Plus the workers/​owners seem nice which is always a plus in my book.
The location is great b/​c it’s its in a nice area and lots of traffic.

I have found that House of Moseley has an array of price points for everyone, there designs are beautifully created, the smell of the candles in the show room is mesmerizing and the gifts that you may find for that special event, theres so much to choose from. The designers have such creative minds and really deliver an ambience of any setting you are wanting and more for wherever that may be. I have shopped at House of moseley for many of years and will continue to do so, because you never know what your going to find in that fun and beautiful store.
