The Keyless Shop at Sears

the guy works there is excellent. he helped me a lot in things others couldn’t figure out.

They claim to be certified but they couldn’t even program my 2000 Honda Accord key fob. They first told me that it would take a week to get here for two weeks later I still never got a phone call from them; I had to call them. The Indian guy claims that he has the manuals for programming however I clearly saw him googling how to program my remote. After 20 minutes of waiting in the hot sun for him to program my remote he said there was nothing he could do. I then asked him for a refund he refused me give me a refund with my receipt. I then took the remote and I programmed the remote myself and it only took five minutes. I will NEVER go here or recommend this TERRIBLE place again.

I needed a couple of keys made for an old Master lock I had and took it to Lowe’s but they said they couldn’t make them and referred me to Keyless. The people at Keyless were friendly and helpful and had my copies made up within a few minutes. From now on this is where I will go for my key copies. Great work people.

The girl at this shop was great and really helpful.
My remote to my car stopped working, and I figured it was the battery. So I replaced it. Remote still didn’t work.
My friend told me about The Keyless Shop. Amazing enough, it is the same key shop that has been in front of SEARS for over 20 years.
The manager tested my remote, took out the battery to test (which was good, since I
just bought a new one). She then got some more buttons from one of her drawers and tested my remote with the new buttons.
AMAZING!!! My remote works like NEW again.
She told me that buttons wear out with time and use. And that was the problem.
I gave her my other remote that wasn’t working as well anymore. She tested it, opened it up, and cleaned the black mess that was apparently blocking the sensors.
2 working remotes for less than $ 30.
Definitely friendly service.

They force me too pick a star, I would have picked ZERO. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I went in for the basic keyless entry alarm clicker for my vehicle. The Manager KACEY gets my info, and goes to my vehicle to program my keyless entry. I watch her push the key in and out twist it all crazy left and right, I assumed you have to do this to program the remote. Obviously I don’t know how too do it myself. So she finishes the programing and I test it OUTSIDE the car. It worked, I was stoked I go pay my 68 $ and get in my car too leave. I try to enter my key and it barely enters the ignition, my steering wheel and brake are also locked. I’ve never experienced this before so I was surprised. I immediately went back to the kiosk and asked KACEY too unlock whatever she did, she walks out and tries turning the key and messes with steering wheel. She states «HMM THIS IS COMMON FOR HONDA’S YOUR KEY OR IGNITION MUST BE BROKEN OR MESSED UP.» my car was absolutely fine before she touched it!!! She then goes on about how she can’t do anything about it and it’s not on them it’s now my problem. I was absolutely furious. How is this my fault? She’s leaving me without a working vehicle at 5o’clock when everything is closing. She then goes into the kiosk and ignores me. I go back to the kiosk window and demand her manager’s number, she was on her cellphone at the time, she gives me a card. I immediately call CHRIS the other I guess the OWNER He tells me that it’s common and I just call a locksmith and that it’s not his problem, I must just have BAD LUCK. WOW. I couldn’t believe how he was talking to me… I just wanted justice for something that was his company’s employees fault! I felt absolutely stuck and helpless! I called my buddy josh and my mom to come help me. The manager Chris decided too call a locksmith on my dollar out to the area. I had already called a tow truck to take it away. The locksmith Bakersfield locksmiths heard everything that was going on and actually discounted me because THEY KNEW it was injust. Needless to say horrible people, they dont care about anyone all they want is money!!!
