Wendy’s

I just waited in the fast food line for 12 minutes. there was only one car in front of me. Also, they forget my straws every. Single. Time. A small wrong doing, but a giant annoyance…
The food is alright and really cheap so I can’t really complain too much.

I wouldn’t usually Unilocal a fast food restaurant. But, we were in a hurry this morning, and working on a budget. We got some nuggets and fries to share. Food was… well, fast food. But the service was incredible. Upbeat staff, friendly, fun, full of compliments on our toddler. We even watched an employee order a meal, and the service for their own employee was wonderful.
Weird.
Super weird.

In my year and a half of living here, i have probably been here six times total. The drive thru is insanely slow every.single.time. Every time I come, I am hoping that I’ll be wrong and it will be different… Well, it never is. I love their Frostys and that’s literally all I ever get here. It should not take 15 plus minutes to wait and then 30 seconds for them to take my payment and hand me my machine-​mixed deliciousness. In most drive-​thrus, there is such a confined space that once you are in line, you are basically «stuck» in case you’re lucky enough to be the last car AND be able to safely back up. Not here– you can drive around if the line is too long and you change your mind. During my 15-​min wait, I saw three different vehicles do this. They all bailed– who knows if they ordered or not– because the wait was ridiculous. The one redeeming factor is when it was finally my turn at the window, the gal apologized for the wait, which i did appreciate. I don’t know what is going on at this particular location, but they really do need to get it together.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 11 minutes so I’ve got nothing better to do than to write review. Every time I come here the drive thru takes forever! And to tip that they forget to put utensils or napkins or crackers for my chili. I’m over this place. Never coming back. Grrrr.

Upgraded to large size on a double cheeseburger combo. Fries not even full, soggy, some looked overdone an some looked under cooked. Burger was ok. But for 9.12 $ it would be cool to get the a full fries that are cooked properly

I wish I could give this place a 2.5 stars because that better represent my review of the Wendy’s. This Wendy’s is slow and often does not get our order right. Last time we were there, we waited in the drive through line for about 15 minutes and when we checked our food they forgot our chili. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. I will say this time the lady at the window said that they had to switch my chicken sandwich because it looked burnt and they didn’t want to give it to me that way. I do appreciate that. The employees are friendly enough and the food is okay, but when time and getting your order correct is a concern I wouldn’t come here.

Seems to be pretty clean Wendy’s except for the bathroom smell when you walk in the store going other bad part is most employees are hiding in the back wait up front for little while food is always hot and fresh here though Ample parking

My wife and I lived around the corner from this joint until a couple months ago. We occasionally attempted to eat here in hopes it would get better but to no avail. The service was never too bad and the cashiers were typically very nice. The issue lies in the food and the value of such. The food was always poorly put together and we never had a 100% order, something was always wrong with it. We called the corporate number and complained several times and each time they said they were well aware that that location had issues. Eventually I refused to even waste my money there. My advice, drive down the road to the Fabulous Burger for a better value and way better food.

I have only been to this location three times and every time I have gone they get my order wrong. Usually, the service isn’t bad but this last time was pretty awful. I know it isn’t their fault but the location is pretty bad as well. I only have to live in this area for a few more months and then I’ll consider going to Wendy’s again, forget this location.

We just stopped by the drive through for a quick dinner on the way to a football game. The food was fine and the line moved at a good pace. The only issue that I had was that they didn’t offer any sweeteners for the ice tea and we did not receive any straws. I cannot comment on the inside if the store because I did not go inside.

Terrible service. Food is always cold. Order is usually wrong if you use the drive thru. New fries suck bring back the original

Can’t go wrong with their new fresh cut fries and sea salt… and maybe one of their spicy chicken sandwiches too ;p
