Disgusting waiting for our food for a to-​go order manager standing behind girl loading the take out box. Female employee drops food on the countertop, picks it up off the counter and puts it in the takeout tray… Me, my wife, and another couple watching make a fuss and the employee laughs. She thinks it’s funny and the Manager… says «It’s clean». Serious health code violation!!! Regardless if the counter is clean you do not put food in a container that has touched anything that has to be sprayed with a cleaner. Who doesn’t know that. The managers response. … «I didn’t see it, just make them another one». Then the employee rolls her eyes… if she was so careless to do this once and it’s no big deal… How many times has she done this prior to my visit??? Not only am I not going back to this location but since learning they are are a corporation I will be contacting corporate as well as as contacting the health department. If after reading this u r still interested in checking them out for yourself I urge you please use caution. … as for me and my family we will NOT be returning.

My hubby and I stopped to eat here. I asked to put food in to-​go containers in case we didn’t finish. I wanted double Shrimp & Walnut for both, what they had displayed was old and it wasn’t enough for our entrees. So I asked for fresh food and was told about 2 minutes… after food had been placed in the window the the young lady picked up my container to fill and dropped a shrimp on the counter top and placed in my to-​go container. .My hubby, myself and another couple all yield at same time «Hey that’s nasty»…the young young girl proceeded to take that 1 piece of shrimp out and toss it is asked for a new order to be made .I didn’t want that it’s now contaminated… while all this is going on the manager is standing right behind her and says «the counter is clean». ACTUALLY IT’S NOT… it has cleaner sprays and other things on it that I’m sure your not to put in your mouth, and that’s a health hazard… the girl thought this was all funny she’s smirking and rolling her eyes…
I wonder how many times she does this a day. …i won’t return there but corporate will definitely hear my voice in morning… I’ll be sure to come back and update…

I can here on lunch break and the food was not fresh.
I wanted orange chicken, however what they had in the bowl was small pieces and it had been there for a
little while.
I asked the lady how long would it be before they make some orange chicken. She said «its right here» as she pointed to the small old amount. I stated to here that it wasn’t enough for a whole entrée and that it looked old.
The lady’s really need to adjust their attitudes. Or if not, then I will I kindly go some where else.
I got sweet fire chicken and called it a day.

Ordered online and they SCREWED it all up had to write down at window, and WAIT… paid online and when we got there they didnt have what we ordered and had to substitute things… why prepay and order online if you have to WAIT AND ORDER AT WINDOW… EMPLOYEES were indifferent… that is all…

I come here and have lunch during my break. (My work is near here). The place is clean and it does get business. However, the girls who put together my food out it together wrong. I wasn’t upset. I showed the girl my receipt and said I wanted steamed rice — not noodles. In my mind, I thought she was going to redo the whole order. Instead, she just gave me a half bowl of steamed rice and said for me to scoop out the chicken and eat it like it is. If it were me, I would have apologized and redid the whole order.
I’ve waited 20 minutes on my chicken egg roll. The girl didn’t even ask me if I wanted sweet and sour sauce. The girls that were working the line was huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes. I will never come back here after the way I’ve been treated. A comment was already put on the company’s website. I’m not expecting anything free or in return. I just hope no one else has to go through this the way I did.
All and all, the food is decent but the service — horrible.

The food here is very good. But if there happens to be a lot of people which is most of the time, they take a lifetime to make the food. I prefer the one in town east. Also the ladies are rude.

Food is good but the wait is way too long inside. I waited about 20 minutes today for my food. They need to hire another person to work the line.

I was rather surprised at how efficient, clean, and fresh this establishment was. From our patient server to the food and even the restrooms evrything was awesome. Generous portions from food that is constantly replaced with freshly cooked food. I loved the panda express tea.
