DO NOT USE ABLE PEST CONTROL — their «service» is to bring rat traps to your home that you can buy at Walmart for about $ 10 …setting them up for you (which you can easily do yourself)…and then not following up, even after collecting a few hundred dollars for this service. I had one rat in my apartment, which we set up traps for that the rat was able to flip or move to the side. We then called Able — someone came out, did the exact same thing I did by setting up traps, collected my payment (which I was under the impression included taking care of the problem, since that’s their job) and then after leaving a message saying the traps weren’t working, we ended up killing the rat with a stick ourselves… we then received a call back 2+ weeks later to see if we wanted them to come out again. I am seriously in the wrong business if I can start a company, offer a «service», buy traps at Walmart for less than $ 20 bucks, collect a few hundred and then never follow up again. Amazing business… if you actually want a rat problem taken care of you can just buy a large dowel at Home Depot for about $ 5 and beat the crap out of it, since pest control isn’t at all the service you would expect to receive. Thanks for nothing.
