Baldwin Park Hand Wash

Don’t waste your money! Just spent $ 60!.. Ended up taking the rag from the guy and cleaning all the spots missed myself! I could go on about what went wrong, its never good when a PAYING customer ends up finishing the job! Horrible…

If I could I would definitely give this place ZERO STARS… About 5 months ago I came here to get a simple oil change mind you it was close to 70 $. I came with great expectations. As soon as I arrived, I asked around for some help and it seemed no one couldn’t /​wouldn’t help me. Wait time was reasonable afterwards. Fast forward to five months later. Sometime wasn’t looking right on my car. There was some type of leakage coming from some pipe that I wasn’t aware about until I took my car to another place to get a oil change. The tech at this other facility checked my car out, and said he wouldn’t be able to give my car an oil change due to the damage it had from the previous oil change. I asked the technician about the damages and he went on explaining to me that my drain plug is leaking oil and is stripped to the point that I have to replace my whole oil pan and or put an over sized drain plug that will only work until my next service, which will be an additional 300 $ + dollars. So what does that mean? It means that not only did I have to pay close to $ 70 for a simple oil change here at the BALDWIN PARK HAND WASH PLACE but I payed for them at to mess my drain plug up and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know and explain why and how it happened right then and there about 5 months ago!!!

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Great staff. Don’t expect to be treated like you’re in a high end restaurant, it is a car wash and everybody there is trying to get your car clean rite and quickly. I think Jason owns the car wash on Francisquito, LOL! Recommend it, best in the area.

Came here to wash my car because i went to a diferent carwash and they scrached my paint on my brand new 2015 Mistang GT! Got very pissed off and came to this car wash just 5 min away and told them if they can do anything about it, they said we will take care of it for you so i waited for my car and once done it was like new again! Very clean cash wash and wax/​polish! Thank you Baldwin Park Hand Wash! And see you again forsure! Highly recomended!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years now. They’ve worked on all my previous cars and have never left me unsatisfied.
Granted, you do have to remind them to spray your interior with car scent. (Not a big deal)
Make sure you do a clear inspection and walk around your car to check for imperfections. Out of all the times I’ve been there, I’ve had just a couple occasions of catching some dirty left over, especially if you go on a really busy day.
The guys are happy to clean it for you– no problem.

This is my go to car wash. Been coming here for quiet a while now. Never have had a bad experience to be honest. The guys are really good here. They have a great staff of guys. Every once in a while there’s a bit of a wait because they are so busy, but to me that’s a good thing! The fact they are busy says to me it’s a good establishment. The owners are super cool!!! They also have a wide variety of accessories for your car. I’ve never left here unsatisfied, and I’ve been here probably like 50 times!

The car wash was ok (they didn’t wash the rims good) but I’ve been to this car wash twice and this is the SECOND time they «Forget» to put air freshener in the car, AND the guy in the beginning even forgets to ask you what kind of air freshener you want. They even tried to tell me they put it even though it didn’t smell like anything inside the car and once they Put it you could totally smell it. Be wary you pay for Air Freshener BE SURE YOU GET IT.

I have been coming here since they first opened. Coco, Yogi and their staff have always been kind, helpful and professional. I’m always left happy with my car wash and bring it in once a week. The buy 10 get 1 free car wash is an awesome loyalty bonus, and they have always been understanding if I have any questions or concerns. Guess it all matters how you approach people, but I recommend this place to everyone.

Decided to try again… the person who take down your car was rude and it show when the clerk also. Its not first come first serve… its who they know or which one they feel like it. The guy took two car ahead of me and I finally told him that he said the line but didn’t speak much English. He finally told the guy to get my car. I went in to tell the clerk and all he does is find excuses. I saw with my eyes those two cars pull up after me. He wasn’t there andake excuses about the car is more dirtier or they couldn’t find the key. So he telling me that if they have a dirtier car he you go first? That’s bs! Do not recommend it! The washer and car detail is good. Not recommended for that customer services. More car wash places.

Been coming here for years, no complaints. Washes are solid and they really work hard to get you in and out without it effecting the quality of your wash. 5 stars all around, I drive in from Chino Hills as I live there now and this is still my go to place for my washed/​details.

Love this Place! They always make you feel welcomed. Leave my car like brand new. Everytime i feel i want to trade my car in for something else. Then i bring it here and fall in love with my Yukon all over again. Coco and joe always talking about MMA and UFC. They know Rhonda Rouaey :) They make my time go by so fast! Thanks guys! So impressed! I never write reviews but I got an oil change and a free car wash (with vacuuming!) done in less than 45 minutes One of the best car wash! Reasonable prices. Friendly owners and the stuff members. I recommend everyone to go to baldwin park hand car wash.

Always waiting about 45minutes no matter what day it is. Got screwed on a brake change; had to pay double the advertised price ($ 80 btw) and then was told it would be $ 40 from now on just have to buy my own crap to install it or it’ll be another 80 each time. Lots of spots that didn’t get cleaned, especially the tires and rims, and water marks are almost everywhere because these guys allow the sun to dry off the car before they put a hand on your car.

I got my car washed here this weekend everyone there was really nice there’s only outside sitting. And of course there’s a little mini mart inside we could buy food and snacks. They were pretty fast that I didn’t have to wait too long. All the guys were working in the hot hot Sun. No matter what the workers were all very friendly kind and courteous even to the heat. I made sure the man who did my car got a good tip cuz he was all sweaty and it was a very hot day and he did a hella good job on my car.

I like here becuz i don’t have to wait too long, but at the same time the car is not necessary clean; i can just take my car to those machine wash with the same price but cleaner… i don’t hate to go back again since i can get 1 time free after use 10 times, and i don’t get that else where.

I’ve come here for the Tuesday special for years. The guys do a great job, quick, and are honest. I dropped my credit card under the seat, they found it and left in on the dash for me. Told the owner I was grateful. He was pleased about his crew’s honesty.
However, the grumpy old man who does not know how to use the cash register on 6÷24÷14 should not interact with customers. Never seen him before and hope he will not be there again.

I dont live here but i frequent this place as often as possible !
When i take my 2006 F350 for a hand wax (only 50.00) it comes out like new.
When i take my 2011 Sti (only 40.00) it comes out Better than when i bought it !

The quality of the car washes here have seriously decreased over the years. Im not sure why but my car doesnt seem as clean as it was before.
I dont recommend this place. Go to francisquito car wash instead.

They used to be a lot better. If it isn’t for the heat, I’d wash my own car.
I had my oil change done here one time, yes they give you a free car wash, but then when I had my next oil change somewhere else, the technician told me that the one who did it last forgot to tighten a bolt or screw from the filter change and the oil cap itself.
I haven’t been back since yesterday hoping that somehow they have improved, unfortunately the same below par service.
