Terrible company! They moved piece by piece and spend lots of time to waiting the elevator even the elevator is just 10−20% occupied. They did not satisfied with tips you paid and asked for more and more.

I have used this company 3 times now. The first 2 times were decent, aside from the griping about the tip as others have noted.
This last time, however, service was atrocious. The move was contracted out to another company (I had no idea moving companies did this!); they showed up 7 hours late and claimed to know nothing about the details of the job (and therefore came v unprepared in terms of number of people needed and equipment needed).
I wish Brotherway would have just admitted to NOT having availability instead of contracting my job out.

When we were looking for a mover, my neighbor gave me a phone number of Brotherway Moving whose niece hired them before. I heard friends and coworkers talked about horrible experience of moving, so I did need a referred mover. Sammi and Nacho were sent to us to help us move. What surprised me was they were very sincere and took good care of my stuff with patience. They helped me to assemble my furniture well and put everything in the right spots as indicated. My husband and I really liked them for their work ethic, professional and quality. If you call Brotherway, make sure you ask for Sammi and Nacho who are the best partners. They just partner up to help!

We used Brotherway to move furniture from Rowland Heights to Riverside. They were very professional and efficient, and were very reasonably priced. They arrived on time and started to work right away. They were very careful with our furniture, wrapping the items that needed extra protection. Even though some of the furniture was extremely heavy, such as an old-​style big screen TV, the two movers who came had no problem carrying the furniture up and down the stairs. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to use them again in the future and to recommend them to others.

I used brotherway’s service on the 29th of August. It was a Sunday, at the end of the summer at 2:30! I had originally hired another company that did such a lousy job, I had to find a new moving company. I was almost desperate. Fortunately, my friend recommended Brotherway and I called them last minute and they sent movers to my home in 45 minutes!!! By the way, this was all travel time! I was very pleased with their work. Martin and his team were very helpful and happy go lucky. They moved all of my stuff from my apartment into my new home. They kept everything safe and all of my stuff made it in one piece. I would recommend their moving services to anybody who wants fast and efficient work.
