Baldwin Park, CA
Unreliable, ordered tables and chairs last week for this Tuesday. Made an appt to pick up at 11 am. Got there and shop was closed! Left a message and didn’t get a call back until 45 mins later! None the less I moved on and called around, found what I needed for $ 10 cheaper and because of the alternative company’s great service ended up renting more stuff. Will definitely stop using JJ, which is a shame since they are literally down the street from me! Oh and JJ doesn’t deliver you need to pick up your own! Other company does deliver!!!
