This is an individual business man who not only did an excellent job but did not rip me off when he could have. He found the Freon that is no longer manufactured for my ancient AC unit and talked to me about what is/is not a value. Instead of selling me on a new compressor he detected leakage throughout my home and spent an hour carefully wrapping duct tape around holes in the lines and seams where the cold air was leaking into the attic. He even replaced a few stained ceiling panels that were damaged from leaking condensation for no extra charge.
I have had him out a second time for a tune up and he thinks I can get 2 – 3 more years out of this original 30 year old system and recommended him to my girlfriend who was equally please with his character and professionalism.
He was very busy during the heat of mid summer and I had to wait a few days for him to get to me but the service was well worth the wait.
