Secure Staff

Worst place ever to get hire through! Especially if you are working with Anthony. I quit working through secure staff at Ontrac because I was over worked for very little wages, say $ 9.50 an hour. I would not get breaks when I work there and would have to practically beg to have my mandated 10min break after working 5hrs soaking on an assembly line/​lifting packages and so forth. I became overwhelmed and quit the job as it was the worst graveyard shift I have ever worked. Once I quit I asked when I could pick up my check, in which working through Secure Staff you are to receive your check every Friday. Anthony told me that I could not receive my check until 11PM Friday! That time was way too late and I had plans with my check and I asked if I could receive it earlier and didn’t get a reply. I have been hounding Anthony about my check for almost two weeks now because he still won’t let me pick up my check at an earlier time as I work another job and am in school. Furthermore I should not have to wait until 11pm to pick up my check and I don’t work for the company anymore it doesn’t makes sense. If you work for Secure Staff expect to not be paid on time and not get a schedule but be called in at any point, last minute. Also don’t expect pay on time! Worst experience ever.

I received the worst service from this place! It was my first time working for an agency and had a question regarding my time card, and «my boss» Gracie was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful she wouldn’t take a few minutes of her time to answer a yes or no question! I asked to speak to anyone else in the office since she advanced me that she never used that time card for that company which I believe all time cards are the same, she even went as far to tell me not to report to work and my assignment was done. She even went to the company I was assigned to and lied to the owner that she received a phone call that I wasn’t attending anymore, thank God that I had her on speaker and the other worker who is employed there heard her and they will never use there services again! I would avoid using this agency VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE!!!

This place is amazing! After spending my time with the failure of another staffing agency «Apple one» I didn’t want to go to any more staffing agencies but I saw this one while I was out and about and thought «eh one last shot» So I went in and filled out all the paperwork and they said they would call me with when a job comes up, and I was like «here we go again». Two hours after I left I get a call saying that they found me a job and that I started the next day. No interview, no drug test or any other test just straight to work. It’s a 40 hour a week job! So I told my friends about this place and they went and BAM! they got jobs a few hours after turning in their papers. So if you need a job check this place out first.
