I was passing through the area on my way out of town. The Sale Consultant Alejandro was extremely helpful. He not only took the time to look up my existing plan but he was able to update it to where it was better for my entire family plan. He was very knowledgeable about the phone itself I wanted and the plan, I couldn’t ask for better service. Great transaction. He is very good at his job!

They give horrible service and don’t want to work with you. I noticed my husband got a service and just wanted a card because he already had a phone and they ended up giving him a contract. That so call Julio refused to take the contract away even though a phone was not purchases. Never again will we deal with this store.
