I’ve shopped at this store for years, easily spending hundreds on my children here. However, my experience bringing in clothing to sell has put me off from returning in the future. They’ve rejected items that I’ve brought in clean and in good condition, within seconds. The girl I spoke to tonight was extremely dismissive and borderline rude. Although I was kind of disgusted by her behavior, I decided to continue with the shopping I’d planned to do there, and came across dirty and even torn clothing in their inventory which was definitely in worse condition than what I had brought in to sell. I know that I’ve personally purchased clothing from them that had as much or more wear. I’ve heard that prices are comparable at stores such as Walmart, Kohl’s, and Old Navy, and as they are not great with buying back items, I’ve decided that for myself, it is no longer worth the trip to shop here anymore.

Large selection of items, including furniture. Store is somewhat disorganized, probably due to the fact so many items are crammed into their small space. Shop actually reminds me of the ‘Hoarding’ show on TV — lots of items packed up high with small walkways to get from place to place. No play area for kids so the toy section is impossible to shop in if there are kids around. Items that have been there a long time are not discounted. Shoe section is really hard to shop in — bins are labeled and overflowing(onto the floor…) but that is not necessarily the sizes you will find inside. Four stars because I’ve found some really quality items at great prices but the store is quite difficult to shop in if you don’t have a lot of time.
