I have to give it up to my server who was super patient when I had to taste a number of flavored because strawberry cheesecake wasn’t available. I grew up on baskin and Robbins so it has a special place in my heart. I ended up with my old favorite pralines and cream and a newbie, Oreo cake batter ice cream. The Oreo flavor is super rich so you don’t need much but it’s good. I love pralines and cream and always have to have a scoop when I go. Taking a break from ice cream so this was a perfect goodbye.

OMG!!! I am Soooooo sorry! I must revise my last review. Upon a recent visit back to this Dunkin Donuts, I felt awful when I realized that I had left out another girl from my last review. Sarana… she is a doll!!! She is yet another WONDERFUL part of the staff there.

Been here twice. Each time in the afternoon and each time very little donuts left. If they want tips make sure you have donuts. Even the basics were out.

When people enjoy working together, that’s good. Nevertheless, what is most important is for employees to understand why they are there and to be able to communicate that to customers.
I don’t stop in much at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts primarily because I really don’t feel valued as a customer, and I don’t think it is anything person. From what I’ve seen, employees in this shop treat all of their customers as if they are interrupting them. Now, I usually bring my coffee from home.

The new crew that is in this Dunkin Donuts should be replaced. Early in the morning when the line is out the door, the crew is kidding around with each other so much that they get your orders wrong. I drink decaf and so many times I have to stop them from giving me regular coffee because they are not paying attention. I was so embarassed when I bought muffins and bagels to my office and they were stale ! Miss the old crew ! Im not going there anymore !

Typical DD. Horrid brown water served for breakfast. Overly processed food. All around good time. Nice staff though. Unless you’re desperate for your caffeine, hit up Starbucks inside the Waldbaums down the road, or head to a «real» coffee shop.
