I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future! My search for car shipping companies was not going well at first. There are SO many horror stories about loosing deposit money and damages to the vehicle upon delivery. Scary stuff! I called Empire because they had a 5 star rating and overall good reviews. I spoke to George about specifics of my needs (last minute move and I needed my car shipped ASAP) and he was very professional and helpful. He was very honest about the timing and the pricing (he was within a ~$ 50 range of most other companies I received quotes from) and spent a few minutes explaining to me how this business works, how the truck companies are chosen, etc. I needed to make a few more arrangements before I committed and there was NO pressure from him to go any further until I was ready. Once I agreed to use Empire, George handled the paperwork and arrangement of the truck immediately. I ended up having a truck to pick up my car the next day! Although that is rare, I’m sure it’s because George was looking out for me. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company ! The price that was quoted and charged correctly at time of pick up the car was on time and driver was very nice. I will use them again for sure … A very professional operation.

Do not call Empire unless you want a GREAT and STRAIGHTFORWARD experience with your auto shipping!

Really solid. These guys carted my little hybrid off and delivered it over 1500 miles away with no event. The guy who picked it up was great, too.
Talk about trepidatious. I was so nervous about this shipment. I have such a busy job I didn’t have time to drive my car halfway across the world. And for good reason. There are a lot of skunks out there. EATS educated me, they didn’t talk crap about others, they didn’t use phrenetic tactics to get me to commit… it was a good experience.
I started to contract with another company, which was nothing short of fraudulent. They were pressuring me, I simply had a gut feeling that they were a mess. I called Empire, after speaking to over 15 companies. They immediately put me at ease with their sincerity and kindness. When you deal with honest people, you feel easy about it.
I told the dude to think of me as his little grandmother and to treat me like that. He busted out laughing and said that he really wanted me to be happy and to provide a valuable service. I was and he did.
Bottom line: If you want to be worried sick about your car for days on end, use another company. If you want to sign a contract that indemnifies the crap out of your vendor and not you, use another company. If you want to operate like you might have before there was Federal regulation on this industry, use another service. If you want a carefree and positive experience that restores your faith in mankind, use EATS.

Empire immediately gave me what I though was a sales pitch on how bad other companies are. I was a skeptic and I contacted a company called Road Runner Transport from on Craigslist and they told me they would ship my Fiat 500 from San Diego to Atlanta for $ 900. They told me no up front changes yet they asked for a credit card number (just to hold in case they needed to ever give me a refund). So within a hour they called me back and told me that they had a driver coming on Saturday and they charged me $ 400 (it was Monday) Saturday came around and i never heard anything and they didn’t even answer the phone. I didn’t know what to do so I called Empire and Matt told me how to get my deposit back and once i cancelled my order with Road Runner Matt was able to get me a driver in 2 days even know i booked a 1 – 7 day pick up. The price was $ 125 more but I was very happy my car arrived within 4 days with no damage what so ever! Kudos to Empire

I had to help my cousin move from Florida to New York, and one of the things she needed was to ship her car. Most people drive, but she had 2 young kids and her husband works full time, so that was out for her. After doing my research for like days I came across Empire Auto Transport Services. I spoke with Matthew who honestly helped me with every question I had. When the driver came they inspected the car. Since I am in New York Matthew told me to have my cousin take pictures of the car and text them to me so when I receive it I’ll know if any damages occurred (which I would have not thought off at all). The driver was fantastic and picked up every time we called and took REALLY good car of her car. It arrived in perfect condition and I they couldn’t have made it any easier for us. I would defiantly recommend Empire Auto Transport Services to anyone. If you’re a 1^st car shipper like I was do your research and honestly just go with Empire! The price not to mention was also unbeatable.

Empire Auto Transport Services shipped my car from NY to California fast and efficiently for $ 1395; order 3629-​BS. Even with me being in California it was easy to arrange for a friend to drop my car off with the driver in NY. This was my first time shipping a car and Tom at Empire explained the process to me thoroughly. My contract was easy to read and gave me peace of mind that everything would go as planned. I was quickly set up with a truck that would transport my car and all communications between myself, Empire and the driver were clear. Empire’s great customer service eased my mind and after 4 days my car arrived 1 day ahead of schedule!
