Ugh. Horrible customer service. Should give them 1 star but I’m giving them an extra star because I feel sorry for their tech, and a long time ago in a galaxy far far away they were a decent company.
If you absolutely must deal with these guys, ask for Del. I tried but they told me he’s out of the country…“in China for a few weeks.” (Probably buying parts.)
