Decent enough and clean. Bed typical hotel. Nothing special. Small pillows. Our room was hard to manage the temperature. Either too hot or too cold. Light socket in bathroom was empty with exposed outlet, and main light was so dim my phone gave off more light. Outside lights and hallway lights were overly bright with many gaps in door and window to illuminate our room all night. Breakfast left us hungry and seeking food. Pool was micro managed and forced our team to find other means of enjoyment. Yet there was a full blown party in the middle of hallway all night. Suggestions for management: update room booklets and website with what your site has to offer.

Not bad for a Super 8. We checked in at sometime past 1am and the desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately we got a room on the second floor which has a terrible odor. I think it’s the old carpet or some sort of mold problem. Regardless, the room itself was nice, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is big and clean, and it comes with a mini fridge. After staying at expensive hotels that nickle and dime you in California with zero amenities, it’s good to be back in Wisconsin.

Their ridiculous policy does not allow you to change or cancel a reservation if booked through a third party. Manager was very inflexible and refused to compromise. I lost $ 60 because they refused to let me change my reservation which I made for the wrong date on accident. I would avoid staying here.
