T Joy Dry Cleaners

In response to one star Doug– why would you spend 490 on a ski jacket and why would you bring that and your family’s fur coat to the cleaners!? If your outerwear is so precious, find a high end cleaner or furrier to work with. It sounds like the tjoy people were willing to work with you.
Anyway– for my review: nice people, prompt service, great prices– clothes come back neatly packaged. Great for basics. Don’t know anything about their high end services, but great for the basics.

If it were possible to leave 0 Stars for this business, I would without hesitation. I have been a customer of this Dry Cleaners for a few months now as they are fairly new to the neighborhood with one other location in Hempstead. I’ve brought in many articles of clothing to only be half satisfied with the results but I must say my last straw was about 3 weeks ago when I brought in my Moncler Mens Ski Jacket for cleaning. I came in 2 days later to find that they sent the coat out and when it came back they lost the fur collar to the hood. This is a $ 490.00 coat. I spoke with the workers at the counter on numerous occasions and was constantly given the run around, I was offered a store credit and then that we’d come to an agreement on the worth of the value of the collar which after constant calls to the store, no means of amends was given and to make matters worse all the while that this is going on, I have a Mens blazer there to pick up from them and they charge me for that service $ 6.00,I have done business with many other establishments in the area and I like anyone else choose wisely where I spend my hard earned money, I am looking for a furrier or dry cleaners to clean and store my family’s winter furs and this won’t be the place.
