The women who work behind the counters were nice and awesome but the guy who answers the phone at the office was a jerk and his misinformation caused my package to be sent back. He is clearly waiting to collect his pension. He kept contradicting the automated computer system with incorrect information. This was one of the the times I called a number and didn’t get a computer but a computer might have been more useful. That guy, and there is only one, is the worst. I called more than once hoping to get someone else and kept getting him. If you don’t like helping people you shouldn’t work in a customer service based position. No wonder the post office is in trouble.
