Terrible from start to finish. The lobby is very dirty. Hasn’t been dusted or vacuumed, just in need of a good clean. Dog’s ears not cleaned. One nail trimmed so short it was bleeding. Tear stains on the dog’s face don’t appear to have been touched. Then at pick up they lost the leash and harness with no explanation and the dog had only been there two hours and were going to close immediately after I picked up my dog. NOT recommend!
