Terrible expierence. Stay far away

The business RARELY returns phone calls requiring numerous (10+ attempts in my case) calls to contact. When you do speak with a person instead of their answering service, they are friendly enough.
The fees are NOT rated based on the size of the rental, so you will pay the exact same amount for their smallest available trailer that you would for their largest trailer. There are ALOT of hidden fees, that regardless of the condition in which you return the trailer, you will be charged and they are not small fees. They require a complete flush of the tank rather than simply emptying. It’s next to impossible to find a dumping station at any campground that has the ability to flush so, BAM, there’s another whopping fee. They operate this business like the airlines, charging you additional money for required items that allows them to advertise a lower price, which isn’t really that low to begin with.
I would recommend you only work with this business as a last resort.
