Place suck! Price about the norm. Outside look up to date compare to what it use to be. Finally saw the inside and eat for the first time. My husband who’s from here had seen it when he was a child he said nothing inside was change. We weren’t to happy with the breakfast, employee was friendly and great! owner stare while we eat, food was awful… The Bacon was cold and taste microwavable, eggs taste blah it’s not real, French toast was burned around the edge, my husband corn beef and hash was mushy like Baby food, home fries has a weird after taste to it… Very Disappointing! I’m off to find a better diner! I don’t think this place will last until they serve real food not from a can or box… you need to call Ramsey for this mater!!! Lol

We live in the neighborhood and therefore have visited many times. We have never had a bad meal. The portion size is large and we often get two meals out of it. We often call and get our meals to go and it is usually ready within 15 minutes. The Turkey Reuben has been the best item I have had so far!

Staff is friendly! There. I got the obligatory compliment out of the way! I so *want* a nice in and out diner experience in Ballston Spa. But man… The menu is all over the place which told me that 90%(or more?) of what they sell is frozen/canned. And boy was I correct. Food is very disappointing. Frozen, processed, greasy fare. Portions are large — but eek! Not worth it. The décor is «okay». I can see what the original vision was. But in a very short time it devolved into something horrendous. There is visible scotch tape holding signs up on every wall. Speaking of the signs? Less is more, folks. Kids crayon scrawlings haphazardly taped to the walls DOES convey an attempt to build a connection w the community and the customers — but comes across as tacky and maybe even desperate? It seems they have business! An older crowd, mostly? Which is great. Hey. I want small businesses to succeed in B’Spa — and having managed retail establishments for forever — I know that there is nothing easy about owning and operating your own business. But invest in better food/cooks. Scale back on the signing. Friendly service is all well and good — but if the food and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired — service doesn’t matter. I hope they take this critique on board, make adjustments, and move forward. But as things stand? We won’t be returning :(

First time at the new diner. We like giving new places a chance. Food was good. Great menu selection for breakfast. Décor is lacking. Staff was pleasant. Overall a normal diner experience. Will go back if in the area.

Stopped here for late breakfast 930 am, ordered eggs Benedict, they had no English muffins so could not make dish. also ordered large orange juice no juice either. Both problems could have easily been solved by going half mile to Stewart’s oh well their loss and two strikes. My order was ham and eggs this meal was OK. Although it was very cool not cold but not hot. Dining room temperature was like my meal not warm but not cold either. Wait staff did a good job and prices were reasonable if meal had been better would have been a good experience. I didn’t complain to server so I didn’t give them a chance to correct it.

The food is «mess hall» quality… meaning canned and frozen. Management is horrendous… very unprofessional treatment towards their employees. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please consider other establishments for a better dining experience.
