I had a great experience with this company. The worker came quickly and was nice as can be. He fixed the problem fast and well.
I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness to my need. I was in the middle of washing clothes when my washer refused to drain. This was on a Thursday. I called sears and the soonest they could come out was Tuesday! Everybody else I called said the next day. Crew said the next day too but when I told him what was going on, he had his worker there in½ hour!
I know who I am going to call should I ever have need of an appliance repair. These guys are great. Reasonable too. Sears wanted $ 75 just to come over. Crew charges $ 49 for that but if they do the repair, they waive that fee.
And the worker was so pleasant and in such great spirits too. I just can’t say nice enough things about this company.
