Not what it used to be. This store is large and has a great deal of furniture. The store itself is starting to look pretty rundown as they apparently don’t put their profits into maintaining it, especially the bathrooms which are in terrible shape. I used to get great books here but since they started to pull their ‘good’ books several years ago(a book worth more than about $ 2 on Amazon is yanked to sell online) I have stopped going here as often. I never donate my books here anymore as they will either be damaged or go to be sold online and I would prefer they were sold directly to the community that donates them. I only go here for clothes now as they haven’t started to sell them online yet.

One of the better Goodwills in St. Louis! I think this location has thoughtful workers who try to put the pricing they mark with Sharpie on the bottoms or inconspicuous places on items unlike other Goodwill stores who mark items on the top ruining them and making them practically unsellable. Items are organized fairly well with all like items grouped together. Clothes are sorted by type, but not individual sizes. My experience returning items to this store was easy and hassle-free as long as you follow the rules(need an ID, return within 7 days, tags and plastic barbs must still be on item). Employees are always friendly and helpful when needed. Store hours are: Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm. You can also make donations at this location: Monday-Saturday 9am-7:45pm, and Sunday 10am-5:45pm.

As far as thrift shops go in this area goodwill is probably the least organised and has the smallest selection of clothes within a 5 mile radius. This one is far better than most other goodwill store I’ve ever seen, but thrift stores seem to have come along way in the last few years and they don’t seem to be up to par.

A very large goodwill as far as goodwill is concerned. I usually find furniture that I would love to get except my house already has too much furniture :). They have the usual goodwill selection of clothes, jewelry, toys, household items and knickknacks. If you like goodwill, give this one a try!

Meh. Clothes not sorted by size. A hit or miss adventure, as is any thrift store adventure. This is a really big Goodwill. A lot of their housewares were overpriced. They had a used mini vacuum for 20 dollars, which I looked up when I got home and found brand new on Amazon for 23. This is not the Goodwill that inspired the Macklemore song. Oh, the staff here was excellent, though.

Again I’m being dragged by my cousin for her vintage hobo chic look, otherwise I have no reason to be here tax time is over for me. I usually can’t stand to even drop off clothes and other misc at Goodwill because of that used clothes smell… yesbit really messes with me! However it was gorgeous out and they had the doors ppened… awesome. I was able to not gag while following my cuz around. She wasn’t impressed with too much of the selection though so star lost but star gained for staff! Super nice, personable! Ahmed at checkout was great! It kills me how the best service comes from non waiters and non commission ppl!

The best place to get decent vinyl records on the cheap. If you’re willing to hunt past all the Christmas, broken and gospel records, you can find some great and sometime rare gems in music. I get lots of my cast recordings on the cheap since I don’t like paying the premium prices at local used record shops, and some days they have them for a quarter if you’re lucky! And if you’re looking for Barbra Streisand records at this location, you may be out of luck since I cleaned them out recently. lol

love love love this goodwill! its always deserted, and its huge. some of my best finds: stuart weitzman pumps, vintage gray pendleton wool blazer which was is perfect condition, scorpion brooch(cost me $.27 and i wear it all the time!), tan trench type jacket thing that i found in the men’s section. although this is a great good will, be prepared to spend some time here. it’s good will. you gotta dig for da deals!

I always seem to find cool jewelry and accessories here. A few weeks ago I bought a turquoise scarf, a vintage necklace with a green and gold bauble, and a few books. Their book selection has become quite remarkable! The shelves are filled with modern fiction and nonfiction, and there’s even a section for kids. Adult paperbacks are $.70 and kids are $.50. I’ve come here to shop for anything from vintage finds to furniture I can refurbish to clothing for work. Sometimes you can find some decent shoes, too. This has always been the best location for me. All of the others either don’t have good quality merchandise or don’t have as much.
