I’m a once or twice a year visitor to this store when visiting family in Ballwin. Food is just ok, but the kids love the pancakes. Service was friendly but slow and inattentive despite small crowd on Sunday evening.

This location has very nice servers and the food is relatively good. It is an IHOP, you know to expect nothing utterly amazing but also food that is perfectly good. A warning to coke drinkers though, they serve Pepsi here.

When First Watch and The Original Pancake House are closed or out of range, you can always count on this as a backup plan for breakfast food. Turkey bacon/sausage is now available as a healthy option and the menu has a wide variety. The food is greasier, fattier, lower quality, and less fresh than the higher end places but the prices and hours are more convenient.

If consistency ranks high on your list, this IHOP would be a good breakfast stop for you. Will the food blow you away? Of course not! But breakfast here has always been consistently good for me. The tables are kept clean, and the staff is friendly. Between both sets of grandparents, my nephew frequents this joint, and a few waitresses know him and greet him by name, whether or they are waiting on our table. For fall, I have to admit the pumpkin pancakes, carrot cake pancakes, and caramel hot chocolate are pretty awesome. Ranks a little higher on my list given that it’s walking distance from my house!

The biscuits and gravy, egg were just okay. My kiddo loved the smiley face pancake. Hubby literally moaned over the steak omelet. From the small bite I was able to sneak it tasted pretty fab. Service crappy– refilled my own drinks:(
