The cashier asked if I found everything ok. I told her that I didn’t cause they were out of what I needed and that the person on the floor wasn’t very helpful. I asked when they were gonna get more. She said, «I’m not sure.» Then she proceeded to total the sale. #customerserviceisdead

Michael’s is always good for browsing when you’re looking for a new artistic hobby, a project for your home, or when you’re simply bored. With aisles of all kinds of artistic genres, you can come here for anything from paintbrushes to beads to fake flowers. My favorite buys are colored glass for mosaics and various beads for clothing embellishment and jewelry. It’s also a great place for custom framing. If you have questions about any of the tools or doodads they carry, the employees are always happy to answer them.
