What started out as a good product at a great price turned into awful customer service. Upon receiving counter tops for me to self-install(delivered, which was great), it was missing a piece of edging which was signed off in the specs provided. I immediately notified my saleswoman, Nicole Doty, via phone that it was missing. She responded«Oh yeah, that should be there, it was in the specs.» Unfortunately, 3 months later, several phone calls, emails, and store visits later, the store or company manager continues to lie to me about installation of the missing piece. I gave these people over 2 months to fix THEIRPROBLEM, to which they dropped off the incorrect piece ONMYDOORSTEP, then continued to drop the ball each time and lied to me about when it would be remedied. I’m going on 3.5 months without this problem fixed. Avoid this merchant. You will have nothing but headaches.
