Saint Louis Auto Glass

This company used to go by the name of Parker Auto Glass (or still does… who knows). Check out their reviews for experiences similar to mine.
On Groupon, they somehow have a 98% recommendation. No idea how. I have a small chip in my windshield, so I went ahead and bought their Groupon due to aforementioned high recommendation percentage. Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to get in touch with these people so I can use said Groupon and fix my windshield.
I called at least 3 times during this time period and got their voicemail. Left messages 2 of those times with my name and phone number very clearly pronounced. I got no call back.
Finally, the last time I called I got through to a real person. They set up an appointment with me and said that they would call that day and let me know exactly what time they would come by. The appointment day came and went and I got no call. No one showed up.
I can’t speak to their workmanship as I have yet to be able to actually see a real person from this company. I have given up. I sent a complaint to Groupon and they were very understanding and credited back the money to my account. I would suggest you do the same if this company continues their atrocious customer service.
