The man at front desk was telling girls they were to slow in his native language and what he failed to realize quiet a few people speak his native tongue! He was very aggressive and my friends nails looked like scoop shovels! Awful management

After a year and a half as a regular customer, I’m looking for a new salon. The salon is still very clean, conveniently located and easy to get in for appointments. But if the manager isn’t working, the environment isn’t very friendly. In fact, I often feel like some of the manicurists seem bothered when customers walk in the door. On my last visit, and I do mean last as in final, my manicurist actually played a movie on her tablet while doing my nails.

The tech was nice and easy to converse with, but the pedicure I received was not great. She did very little in terms of scrubbing and removing dry skin… it was truly a minimal effort. The water was cool and there was no foot massage. I got one coat of the polish I chose and one coat of clear on the top. I thought it looked ok, but at home, in better lighting, I saw just how thin and uneven that one coat of polish was. I paid $ 25 for that. I won’t be going back.

I have been going to Spradise for a few months and was always very satisfied; however, the last 3 experiences have made me rethink returning. The attitudes of the people doing manicures, with one exception has declined. The last visit I noticed a man who just stood behind the person doing the manicures the whole time. It was rather uncomfortable for him to stand there watching. My friend had an acrylic dip applied but her manicurist made the layers much too thick. It seemed the manicurist was more interested in having her own nails done by the man standing behind her. Since my last gel manicure my nails have started breaking for the first time ever. I don’t know why the customer service has declind but my friend and I have no intention of spending money at a business that doesn’t seem to appreciate it. The front desk manager and the manicurist named Tammy are the only bright spots in the experience and Tammy is no longer there most of the time. We won’t return.

Tonight was my second time going. It was as amazing as the first time I went. All the workers are very friendly. I would recommend a million times over. They have me as a loyal customer. Ps they offer wine too!

Great place! All the staff was nice, professional and dressed really great! Accommodating and they did a great job. It was my first time there and I will be going back. Good for kids too! They have the most adorable Hello Kitty chairs! My 6 yo loved it.

My mom and I did mani/pedis there and we had a lovely time. There was a bit of a language barrier between my mom and her tech but we managed to work it out. My mom ended up being extremely pleased with her manicure(and she is a tough cookie to please when it comes to nails). My feet felt brand new after the pedi. I love that they have all the colors on nail palettes so you can browse while letting your feet soak. The exterior does not do the interior justice… It’s in a plain ‘olé strip mall but the inside is very luxurious and relaxing. For the quality of both services, the price is dirt cheap. If I lived in town, I would definitely return(but will be making an appointment for my next visit!).

After going here probably around 6 times total, I’ve decided to just go elsewhere. I kept hoping it would get better and it just doesn’t. So unfortunate because their facilities are great. Really nice atmosphere and up to date chairs etc. However, I just feel like their staff really needs some training on customer service. Every single time I’ve gone I’ve had a different person doing my service and each and every time I’ve been disappointed. Every person is rude, in a hurry, and not professional. If you’re charging a premium price like this place is, you have to be willing to put in the training with your employees to make it a premium experience. There are several really young girls who have horrible attitudes and generally act like they’re being tortured to serve you. Last time I went I was put with a man who I had never seen there before. I went with my mom and sister to get gel manicures and we all started at the same time but mine was somehow done 30 minutes earlier. I am a mom to 3 young kids and it is rare for me to pay for a service like this. And when I do I expect to be treated well. It’s really disappointing to have a service done so poorly when you’re trying to relax. The manicure itself LOOKS fine but I’d bet you the majority of women go to get manicures and pedicures for a relaxing experience. So, all that being said, there’s no way I am returning after being let down so many times.

This was my first time going to this salon and the whole experience was great. I didn’t have an appointment but I got there as they were opening on Saturday morning and was able to get right in. Everything was really relaxing, the rates were great and all of the ladies working there were super friendly!

I went here today for the first time and it was a great experience. Made my appointment over the phone and when I got there they had me going in about ten minutes. The lady who did my nails was very fast and efficient and did exactly what I wanted. The best was the gentleman at the front desk, I am assuming he is the owner. He was very friendly and asked if I needed anything to drink. I will come back the next time I need anything done. Thank you :)

One of the best nail salons in the area! I have tried many different nail salons through out town and have never been more impressed. The salon is clean, updated, and relaxed. All of the technicians are friendly and do an excellent job. They even offer complimentary drinks to ensure that you’re comfortable. All of the employees go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. The pricing is good and they offer student discounts. Sparadise is the only salon I will go to from now on; stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time going to this salon. I saw the reviews and decided to try it. I was going to Schnucks and it is right next door. The salon is quiet and seems clean. Everyone was very nice, offering me something to drink and asking me if the water felt ok. They have a large selection of colors, too. The tech showed me the price list and asked which one I would like. I picked the middle price one that had a few more things than the basic pedicure. He was a little rough with the scrubbing on my callouses and scratched my foot. Also, there are parts of my foot that are a little rougher than when I went in. Then in the middle of it, he said that he could only do the cheaper pedicure because he did not have time for the other one. He did do a good job of applying the polish. I don’t know if I will give them another try or go back to my usual place.

Nail techs did a good job. Nice and clean place. New everything and conveniently located. Been there three times and the techs seem pushy with wanting you to upgrade. Pedicures are nice and professional. No issues other than the push to buy more services.
