Gorgeous and very clean!
I took a tour of this place during an amazing elite Unilocal event and it was extremely beautiful! The staff is friendly, parking is secure, scenery is amazing… what more can you ask for?! After going to their Unilocal event I was amazed that Baltimore had such a beautiful complex to offer their residents! It’s good to see the community get together… not just as a resident but as a community! Love this place and love the improvements they have made to the community of Baltimore!

Moved in almost a month ago and love this place. The leasing office is friendly and helpful (handling the bazillion packages I get efficiently and dealing with the few problems I’ve had courteously and quickly). The building is beautiful and in a great location with lots of nice touches like parking access on every floor and granite countertops. And once they literally granted a wish. Not a request, a wish. I was coming from a farmers market far away on foot and wishing I had an insulated bag for next time. I came home and there was one hanging on my doorknob. Beat that!

Terrible customer service! I filled out an online inquiry card with distinct instructions saying «I am looking for this type of apartment for X amount. If you cannot offer me that, do not call me.» Within 10 minutes, someone from their sales department called me telling me about apartments not in my price range. I told them that I put on the form not to call me unless they could offer me what I’m looking for. The woman said «Good luck» in a nasty tone and hung up on me. So rude!
