AAA Cleaning

Nightmare. Mike’s team was paid $ 450 to clean a vacated town home for a new tenant move-​in in Canton. When we arrived to inspect the home, the floors had not so much as been swept, crumbs and food were in the kitchen drawers, counters hadn’t been wiped. When we called Mike, he asked us to provide an itemized list of what didn’t meet our expectations– we just wanted the house to be cleaned.
Mike made arrangements to meet us at the property on Sunday morning to personally clean the house while we loaded the moving truck. On Sunday morning he sent a text message stating he’d forgotten about a previous engagement and would no longer be coming. When we told him this was unacceptable, as we had already picked up our moving truck and had just this day to move, he called yelling tha he was doing us a favor since he doesn’t usually work on Sundays, and that his wife had reminded him that he had to go to church this morning so he couldn’t come. He said now he wasn’t going to come at all, and hung up.
$ 450, one filthy house and an emotional outburst later, we’re moving in.
