I really needed a good Massage after traveling for a few weeks and sleeping in a crappy beds. So decided to give this place a try because it was in the mall and close to where i was staying for the night. It was kinda weird as it was one big open room with dividers that separated the different massage areas… but only between each stall and not to the center of the room and what was partially open to the mall and clients walking in and out.

But I figured I was here, what ever. ill give it a try. So I took off my shirt and was kinda expecting a hands on with oils massage, especially for it being the same price as all the other messages that I have received in the past. But they put a sheet over my back. Not a big deal, never had that before, but again… Okay maybe its different than what im use to. But then they started messaging. The sheet was so scratchy and irritating on the skin. I though I was a tough guy, but apparently abrasive sheets on the skin irritate me more than a rough massage. At least I would feel better after a rough massage. These sheets really made me feel like was was getting road rash!
Was very disappointed as there were other place I wish I would have tried.

The worst accupuncturist I have EVER gone to. Massage therapists are good, but the owners or whoever is running this place has no common sense regarding customer care. She allowed people to walk by and peep in while I was getting a massage on their way to the bathroom. She kept raising her voice,“Um the massage therapist is with someone now, can you wait a few minutes.” the owner was attempting to hurry her therapist to «finish up» before the money um customer walked out the door. It’s all about money to this owner and her daughter. There is a large wall mirror facing the massage room so everyone in the waiting area and outside in the mall can take a peep too while you are undressing. The worse part was that the girl running the place didn’t get it when I complained, i.e. she just did not comprehend that customers need to be treated well and made NO apologies for her neglect in taking care of the customer.

My husband and I are regular clients of Access Health — we come here one to two times a week. We have been seeing this place for quite some time but it was only last year when we started going here. The first time we’ve tried their massage, we came back after two days! Eversince then, we have been coming to this place regularly. This business is WORTH YOUR CASH. If you are experiencing muscle strain/​pain, stressed from your daily routine, or just in need to feel relaxed and refreshed — visit Access Health. NOW.
It is conveniently located at The Gallery mall close to the food court. It is not a spa so don’t expect private rooms, complimentary tea and hot towels (it is clean tho!). If you would like a GREAT massage, come to this place — you’re doing yourself a favor. Book for an hour or longer!
I’ve personally tried 3 of the female masseuse (Cris, Cindy and Annie). I would recommend both Cris and Annie. I would advise for you to call first and check if they are around to ensure getting the best experience. I just had my massage by Annie and she is unbelievably good! Very knowledgeable at her job and she takes care of her clients. She is also the best choice if you would like hard/​deep tissue massage. Cris is also good for medium pressure massage but we were informed that she is now working part-​time only (during the weekends!).
My husband and I also greatly appreciate the care and great service provided by Chen. He is respectful, kind and a pleasure to deal with. He is the owner of Access Health. They have been in the business for more or less 30 years now, I sure hope that they will stay in the business (and in Baltimore) for many many years to come!

I have gone to this place for a while and I have had bad experiences many times. The last one was absolutely a hell massage. The lady put so much pressure in my neck and throat that I was in pain when I left and the day after I fell so bad I had to go to the ER: They told me I had the right side of the neck and shoulder very tense and with high inflamation. I think the person had no idea what she was doing even though I told her many times to be softer. I am not going to let the cheap prices lure me anymore. This place is crap

I have been needing a massage for the past few weeks and stumbled by this place by chance. Just got an awesome 20 minute acupressure/​massage that I really needed. I will be back. Open rooms and you remain fully clothed.

I went after a friend said it cured her vertigo. It was great! Very reasonably priced but as the other viewers noted… it’s not a fancy day spa. I got the regular acupressure option. Medium pressure on targeted points. 3 – 4 hours after, I could still feel it working, similar to when I’ve had acupuncture done in the past. I’ll definitely go back!

These guys are awesome. It’s not a place to relax. It’s a place to get an acupressure (key word pressure!!!) massage. Ask for John. PRESSURE!
If you wanna get naked and get a Swedish Massage, GO TO A SPA!!!
These guys will make you feel better, if your back is like mine.

I was in Baltimore for a conference and by the end my back and shoulders and legs were killing me so I looked for a massage and Access had availability.
Couple things you should know:
1. This is in a shopping mall, so this isn’t a true spa experience.
2. All massages are done in the same room with dividers. You wear your clothes, take off your shoes and they put a towel over you to give you the massage, which happens on a massage table.
So I was a little hesitant walking in, because I thought I was booking at a day spa. However, I must say that the massage was really really good, affordable. I asked for an hour and then asked them to extend another 30 minutes. For what I paid, I was very happy and would happily go back.
If you are looking for a pampering spa, this isn’t it but for $ 100 for 1.5 hours after a long week at a conference you can’t beat it.

The ambience is quite meager, being located at a shopping mall and hearing the shoppers walk by as you lay on the massage bed. The massage is firm and pressure based in chinese tradition. The price is about average… hence 3 stars, an all around average experience.

We tried this place today, me and my wife, after seeing pamphlets about it in our local hotel. It seemed fairly inexpensive and offered various options, from as little as 10 minutes up to 60 minutes for each type of massage.
I almost bailed out at the last minute as the place had no reviews so I was a bit apprehensive. However, in the end we had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, in a fancy shopping center at the inner harbor. The Asian staff, although with somewhat limited English abilities, was very friendly.
I had the reflexology 20 minute massage and I really liked it. The pressure the male masseur applied was just right, and it felt like a thorough one, and very relaxing. My wife also had a fairly good experience with a female masseuse, although she said she would have liked a little stronger pressure.
Inside, it is a no-​frills place — clean and comfortable, but it does not have atmosphere or music like in a spa.
