These guys are great. They are always very responsive, good at prioritizing short-​term repairs vs. things to work on in the future, and very patient at explaining the inner workings of the vehicle. BJ, the front desk guy, is really great and even stayed a little late to allow us to pick our car up in the evening. We highly recommend them!

I brought my 2006 Civic here after my warranty had been expired for a while, and my dealership told me I needed a good deal of maintenance done that would set me back around $ 300. My brother recommended Apple Auto to me, and I am so glad he did. When I brought my car in and told him what the dealership said I needed verses what I could afford, Dave worked out what absolutely had to be done at that time, and what could wait for the next time I came in for maintenance. His prices were much lower than the dealership, of course. The best part was that Dave explained things to me in a way that I could understand without being condescending or impatient. I really appreciate his friendly and helpful attitude, and will gladly make the trip to Hamilton from Towson to bring my car to Apple.
