Armored Basement Waterproofing

After continually getting a flooded basement after rainstorms, I decided that it was time to get my basement waterproofed. I did some research on basement waterproofing contractors, and I came across Armored Basement Waterproofing. They had consistent high reviews from customers, and their website was very informative with pictures and detailed videos of their waterproofing process.
I scheduled a time for a free quote. Jay came out and gave everything a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and what they would do to fix it. Jay was very good at explaining everything and did not pressure me at all. He gave me a very good price for the entire system and even agreed to encapsulate a separate crawlspace free of charge while the installation was being performed.
I went ahead and signed the contract with Armored Basement Waterproofing for them to perform the work and scheduled to have the work done. The crew showed up promptly on time on the scheduled date. Everyone on the crew was very professional and nice. I enjoyed chatting with the guys. They did a fantastic job. They were very careful to keep everything in my basement clean. After all the work was done, everything looked great.
The most important part is my basement is BONE dry now thanks to Armored Basement Waterproofing. We’ve had several big rains since I had their system installed, and I haven’t had a drop of water in my basement. This is an incredible weight lifted off my shoulders to not have to worry about my basement flooding anymore. I highly recommend Armored Basement Waterproofing to anyone with water issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Armored Basement on one of my investment properties. The basement had significant water issues so we interviewed 4 companies before deciding on Armored Basement. The dug the perimeter of the entire basement installed the drainage pipes, vapor barrier on the walls, 2 sump pumps, and drainage system in the window well. Could not be more pleased with this small business! Jay came out and gave me a quote for getting a sump pump installed to deal with a leak coming into the basement down an old, no longer used (addition built on top of it) staircase. He gave me a fair quote for the work and we scheduled it. Jay confirmed the night before that his guys would be at my house the next morning and they showed up on time and courteously explained what work would be done and then laid down a bunch of tarps to protect our floors and keep the house clean as they brought in their equipment.
After removing a step at the base of the old stairs, they discovered that we did not in fact need a sump pump as there was a existing, functioning drain that was there which was working fine. They came and got me and let me know that they did not need to install a sump pump and demonstrated this by pouring a five gallon bucket of water down the drain. They cleaned the area and told me they were not going to charge me for this work. I tipped them all and promised them I’d let my friends know about this honest, hard-​working company if they have any basement waterproofing needs. Bravo, and thanks!
