(04/​20/​2013) Atlantic catered a Bull and Oyster Roast for the Lions Club of Severna Park, great turn out. Seems like they sold at least 300 tickets. Had all the traditional fare: the bull (pit beef, pit ham and pit turkey) and oysters (fried and raw), beef BBQ, fried chicken, fresh kielbasa braised with Pennsylvania Dutch-​style sauerkraut (sweetened with celery and fennel seeds), stewed green beans with tomatoes, mashed potatoes (from dried flake) and gravy (from a powdered mix).
