A place i recommend to all men and women of all ages. Great atmosphere and good conversation. Been going to this place ever since I moved to Baltimore. I am very picky in who cuts my hair and how they do it. Am glad i met my main man Edwin(É). He is so far the best ever. Am there least twice a week and É would hook me up. Highly recommend it. Ten dollar Tuesday is what it is on Tuesday.

I was doubtful at first if I would like the place. There wasn’t much of a welcome. The barbers were busy cutting hair and the people were there trying to get their hair cut. I finally sat in the chair and asked about the owner Tyrone. Mike P had mentioned him in his review… Tyrone was a really pleasant person. Did and excellent job on my cut and we got into a good conversation.

The owner, Tyrone, cares about his shop, his customers, and as I witnessed yesterday, his 7-year-old daughter. When I called on Tuesday to take advantage of their«$ 10 Tuesday» special on haircuts, he said he was swamped, gave me his personal cell and told me to call tomorrow. He honored the special the next day. While I was in the chair, his little girl started getting impatient. So Dad told her to sit and think about her attitude. One of the other customers waiting for a cut, a regular, went out and bought a bag of plastic bracelets for her, and they played until it was his turn. Tyrone was courteous and careful with my cut the whole time, asking questions, telling me about his business and being a Dad — telling his girl to say thank you(and asking customers not to curse around her) … Those used to a high-end salon might find this place and its customers a little rough looking. But if you say«ghetto,» I say«ghett-over it.» I got a good cut and a great deal, from a great guy.
