Barenburg Eye Associates

This is specifically for the branch in Dundalk. I had a terrible customer experience. The doctor was rude to me and seemed to rush my eye exam. He seemed flustered about how I’d ordered contacts in the past and said I should probably get a contact exam… I hadnt been to the eye doctor in awhile so since he suggested it I hesitantly said ok and he started a contact exam. I didnt know it would be an additional $ 120 and I said I didnt want it and then the doctor spoke to the office staff as if I wernt right in front of him. He yelled «fine she doesnt pay I dont care!» In front of the office turned to his next patient. Needless to say I paid my co pay, got my prescription and ran! Went over to Walmart were they had better customer service. Not. Even. Kidding.
The office staff however was very nice.
