This Tom Selleck lookalike is the best doctor out there! He has such a warm heart and is extremely knowledgeable. During the «questions» portion of my 9 month old little girls visits, I never have anything to ask because his explanations and descriptions are so thorough. During the few times I have had to call the office after hours, he returns calls VERY promptly and has always eased my fears as a first time mom!

Unilocaling the circumstances of my interaction with a pediatrician in the middle of Maryland reverts to the tagline of my life; «you can’t script this stuff».
Suffice it to say, Dr. Starr is an admired person irrespective of the circumstances which brought us together. I respect his practice because I respect him first and foremost. He is not in it for the bottom line, he is in it because his heart is in it, the mark of a dignified man.
