Bella Roma is a major food group. A dietary necessity, prescribed by doctors. I hear that Bella Roma pizza is a major form of currency in South America. If I ever moved away from Hampden I would open a fedex account so I could still have Bella Roma. I already own 1⁄5 of the company stock, according to my bank

Bella Romas has the best tasting pizza crust I’ve ever had the pleasure of placing in my mouth. This is the first pizza that I could eat just the crust by itself. It’s not too sweet & it really enhances your pizza experience. My wife loves there BLT sandwich, which for its price will more than satisfy your craving for a BLT& not cripple your wallet. I also love their mushroom cheese steak sub, not fatty & on a toasted roll it’ll leave you wanting more. Their menu has many more items that I’m looking forward to tasting. My wife & I are not able to dine out lately(due to a surgery), so we’ve been eating delivery. Bella Romas Keep Up the good work. R.L.H.(Medfield area)

Delicious pizza! A gem in Hampden. Tastes good cold, too(the next morning).

I like this place because it’s clean, it’s convenient, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. I’ve yet to try their pizza, I’ve heard great things, but I’ve only had the cheese steak sub. They don’t use a ton of fillers, so you get a decent portion of meat. The rolls are fresh, the veggies are crisp, and the fries are great.

I work in the Hampden neighborhood & this is my favorite pickup lunch spot. They serve the best Greek salad w/chicken! It’s around $ 13 with the added chicken, but worth it because the chicken is cooked perfectly & it’s enough for 2 portions. The staff is always friendly when I call and my order is ready within 10 minutes. I recommend Bella Roma to our visiting corporate guests as a great stop for a quick, local lunch.

It’s the simple things in life, done well, that bring us pleasure. Behold the chicken cheese steak. Sister to the less refined, fleshy, Steak-ummy late night cheese steak When prepared correctly you have all of the gooey homeyness with less of the latent caloric load. Bella-Roma serves-up a solid chicken cheesesteak. Review: Solid chicken cheesesteak. Cooked to order and delivered promptly.

I’m a pizza head. This is the best pizza in the area. The cheese and sauce is really good. I haven’t had anything else but that pizza from Bella roma. The area is good too not in a bad area so you will be fine with parking and walking to the location.

Pizza toppings were uneven and delivery and customer service were very much lacking.

Have been getting pizza and steak subs here for year. Always solid food, prices have gone up a little over the years, but the quality is good. Pizza has a good thin crust. I drive to get the food most times(from Charles Village) since delivery can be spotty. Tip them well if they do a good job.

Outstanding pizza. I can’t speak to the other items yet… But based on the pizza I will certainly be back for more. Usually you can’t get pizza of this quality delivered.

What was once my favorite pizza joint in Hampden, has become Hampdens worst. No doubt they make the best tasting pizza in Hampden, but be sure to pick it up. The delivery is AWFUL. My pizza took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive on a Thursday night when they told me it would only be 45 minutes. And when it arrived, it was barely even warm. I live less than 3 blocks away. The pizza was turning hard and chewy. It was an expensive white pizza, that was just a total dud. If you plan to get a pizza from Bella Roma, be sure to pick it up. The experience will be much better. It looks like if I want delivery pizza, I have to go back to Arlons. It is good pizza. Not as good as Bella. But it always arrives quickly and HOT!

If you are from New Jersey or New York and looking for a good slice of pizza, this place isn’t it… Still looking for good pizza in Baltimore area Got take out by the slice and they added the toppings after reheating the pizza. Raw vegetables??? C’mone… This is a review on just the pizza. I’m sure the other items on the menu are fine. It’s hard to make good pizza outside of NJ and NY

Great place, love the food and people. BUT, don’t get the chicken gyro. Way too much tzatziki sauce, and I am pretty sure it was not chicken. Hard to tell under all that sauce. But other than that, everything else is good and affordable.

I ordered a their meat lovers pizza, which allegedly is made of: Italian sausage, Italian salami, ground beef, pepperoni, imported ham, Canadian bacon and extra cheese. It turns out they at least one of the ingredients on this pizza is made with turkey rather than beef and/or pork as the stated list suggests. Since I am allergic to turkey, I now get to spend the evening sick. Would it be so hard for a restaurant to let us know on the menu when one of their ingredients is the turkey version rather than the original version? They have lost a customer since I can now no longer trust their menu to be what it claims to be.

GRAVYCHEESEFRIES. Enough said. They give you a huge portion with lots of mozzarella and gravy. The fries stay nice and crisp even though it’s smothered in delicious brown gravy. Gotta try!

I absolutely love their food! I mainly order the Super Subs(Chicken Cheesesteak). I tell ya it is the best, and you can taste the freshness of the sub. They deliver in a timely manner and I never have an issue with this business! PLEASEDONOTCHANGEYOURCOOK… EVER! :-)

The husband and I decided to order from here(through GrubHub) after a hard«workout» day. This review should have been much, much higher than 3 stars, and if I were to base it on the food quality itself, it would have been an easy 4. The problem that I encountered was that I simply didn’t receive what I ordered. I had ordered a cheeseburger sub with ketchup, mustard, pickles and mushrooms. That’s it. Nothing else. What I actually RECEIVED was a cheesesteak sub with lettuce, mayo, pickles and mushrooms. Which was actually kind of tasty — but it’s not what I had wanted nor ordered. What’s the point of picking out the things you want when they’re just going to send you whatever they damn well feel like sending? I don’t know if it was a mistake or what, but my husband’s order was correct. Either way, SOMEONE got it wrong. I contemplated calling GrubHub to complain, but after numerous bad experiences with a different delivery service after consistent screwups, I just decided to, uh, «eat» this one and let it go. But, seriously — this is not a way to win over first-time customers. If you can’t even manage to make and send the proper item, what is the point of trying your establishment again? There are over 20 pizza joints just like yours(some of which are honestly closer and serve better fare), and I“m sure that one of them could at least manage to not screw up an order. Not at all impressed. As stated, the three stars are ONLY because the food, though not what I had originally wanted, wasn’t bad. But I’m not likely to order here again.

Great friendly customer service and consistent edible food is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars. They have delicious birch beer on tap, and I ordered their fries with cheese and gravy one time on a lark and was surprised at the size of the order. Nice comfortable pizza shop booths that remind me of when I was a kid in New York. The pizza however is of the american style as opposed to NY style, but I have had a few slices of it time to time and it is not offensive. I have had their gyro, and it is the best available in Hampden, having tried all the other local greek/italian joints that have such an offering.
